Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you wanted to ask. We answer.

No fluff, no corporate speak. Here are the questions we hear most — answered with the honesty you deserve.

Who is Alice in Wonderland for? +

AIW is built for ambitious Latin American women who are ready to build a company — whether you have an idea on a napkin or you're already running an early-stage startup. If you are bold, driven, and hungry to build something real, you belong here.

What makes AIW different from an accelerator or incubator? +

We are not an accelerator with a fixed cohort and a demo day, nor an incubator, entrepreneurs academy nor a fund. We are a company builder — we work alongside you from day zero, and help you build on a hands-on 1on1 approach. We provide the required structure, resources, strategy, access to experts and capital, and community your company needs to grow. We are the co-founder you didn't know you needed, without giving up equity on day one.

Do I need to have a business idea to apply? +

Not necessarily. We work with founders at different stages — from those still defining their idea to those already building an MVP. What matters most is your drive, your context, and your commitment to building. We help you shape the rest.

What does the membership include? +

Membership gives you access to 1-on-1 mentorship sessions with experienced builders, weekly group sessions, resources and tools, access to mentors and capital, and access to a curated community of LatAm female founders that shows up every step of the way. The exact benefits depend on the tier you choose — see our membership page for full details.

Do I have to give equity to AIW? +

AIW does not take equity at the beginning, we are a company builder and community platform — not a traditional accelerator or fund. Our model is built on membership, which means we are aligned with your growth as a founder, not as a shareholder. Once the business takes off and starts monetizing, or scales, we might offer to become a partner on an equity basis, to accelerate the pace; but it will be up to you to agree to it.

How much does it cost to become a member of AIW? +

AIW operates on a membership model with different tiers depending on the level of support and access you need — from community membership to hands-on 1on1 company building. We are intentionally designed to be accessible to Latin American founders at different stages. Reach out or visit our membership page to explore the options and find the right fit for where you are today.
